Carole Baumbusch is a Partner with Valant & Company (VAC), a national management consulting firm focused on performance improvement and value growth. Carole has developed and implemented successful profit growth strategies for businesses ranging from $5 million to $1 billion in the telecommunications, consumer, industrial, engineering and financial services industries.

In addition to consulting, Carole has also served as a senior-level executive with ING where she grew a $500 million division at a CAGR of more than 50% for four consecutive years; with Relera where she led the operational development and deployment of multiple data centers for this $300M start up; and with other high tech firms.

Carole has an undergraduate degree in engineering from Bucknell, an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU and Certification from the Executive Program for Growing Companies at Stanford University, all of which she earned with distinction.
