Sally Hull specializes in leadership development, organization effectiveness and strategic change. Sally’s work spans more than twenty five years in world-class organizations where she coaches successful individuals to make long-term positive changes in leadership behavior. A skilled facilitator and organization development consultant, she designs and facilitates highly interactive leadership development and action learning projects. Sally works with leaders and their teams to clarify direction, improve communication and manage transitions.
Sally’s leadership development engagements have resulted in measurable, sustainable change. A partial list of such experiences includes: coaching leaders to balance drive for results with a focus on collaboration and engagement; working with leaders to clarify vision, communicate direction and secure commitment; collaborating with clients to coach and develop their teams; coaching leaders to balance technical and leadership capabilities; partnering with leaders to develop and implement strategic change. Sally also works with organizations to identify and develop their high-potential managers.
Sally has served as a member of the Seattle University graduate leadership development faculty. She has also served on the coaching faculty for the University of Washington Executive Programs and the Linkage Global Institute for Leadership Development. Sally received her Masters and Ph.D. from the University of Iowa and is a certified by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.
