 Mitzi Sachs
Mitzi has over twenty years experience in the telecommunications, wireless, and Internet industries with over twelve years of general management and P&L responsibility in regions of up to $25M annual revenue. She has over 14 years of regional executive sales experience in start-up, high growth high tech B2B and B2C environments. Her industry expertise revolved around launching markets and building top performing sales teams.
While at MCI she opened the Lincoln, NE office and was the top AE for that launch year. She oversaw the network build out of the Spokane market for GST Telecom and built a team that was the number one office of 17 markets before their acquisition by Time Warner Telecom. She was a Regional Vice President at Time Warner Telecom and led a 100 person team in Seattle, Portland, Spokane and Boise markets. She was responsible for two of the top five markets nationally and she recruited, hired and trained over 45 new sales and back office employees.
After TWTC, Mitzi joined Clearwire and led 12 rural markets in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska with six General Managers who were responsible for all aspects of sales, service and operations for rural Internet service. Mitzi's team consisted of 76 employees with a quota responsibility of 2,550 new customers per month. She launched seven markets that resulted in over 16K new customers within one year and resulted in the number one office in the company (Tri-Cities, WA), and third, fourth and fifth ranked markets (Grants Pass, Klamath Falls, and Medford, OR) out of 34 markets.
Mitzi received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Organizational Psychology from Creighton University.
