As a former Fortune 100 company officer, Sue has more than two decades of senior management experience in the consumer and business technology industry. She has met the challenges of building human capital while facing day-to-day business demands.
With experience leading operations, marketing, product development and sales, Sue has built exceptional teams and developed successful strategies for start-ups and high growth business units, both nationally and internationally. She has a proven track record of creating and implementing management systems where actions are tied to results, business drivers and competitive benchmarks. She has collaborated with renowned leadership coach Marshall Goldsmith to implement new workplace partnering and career development programs across her 500-person organization and was coached personally by Marshall early in her executive career. Sue is a Marshall Goldsmith certified coach.
Sue holds a Master of Finance, a BS in Marketing, and has completed numerous executive leadership development programs. She frequently writes and speaks on the topics of executive leadership, employer branding and onboarding. |
